Sheffield Infertility Support Group
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and UK government restrictions, we are not currently meeting in person.
Sheffield Infertility Support group was started to help those going through infertility treatment to meet others who understand:
- Do you feel overwhelmed by not knowing how long your infertility journey will be?
- Do you feel alone with the pain and sadness of infertility?
- Do you dread finding out a friend has fallen pregnant, or feel a twinge of pain when you see happy families in the street?
- Do you feel frustrated that your life seems to be on hold?
- Do you struggle with the emotional rollercoaster of infertility treatment?
Who are we?
We are a group of people who are currently experiencing infertility and who live in or around Sheffield.
We are not clinical professionals, just people who want to meet others who understand what experiencing infertility is like.
Some sessions are women-only, but male partners are welcome at most sessions if they want to come along too.
Anyone currently experiencing infertility is welcome to join, irrespective of their stage in their infertility journey or whether the infertility is primary or secondary, or whether they have a partner or not. You are also welcome if you don't live in Sheffield. We have members in Wakefield, Leeds and further afield.
